Our story
AngryBuddha Noodle Bar was established in 2023. And was born out of a love for noodles and a desire to share that love with the world. The name symbolizes the fiery passion of owners for noodles and the calm wisdom that comes with mastery.
Ten years ago Chef Alfred and Chef Reth were just wide-eyed apprentices, toiling away day and night in the bustling kitchens of someone else’s establishment. Fast forward to the present, and all the experiences they gained along the way they’re able to bring their dreams to life.
After years of dedication and hard work, they finally brought it to a reality. Their dream to build their own Noodle bar that specializes in homemade noodles with a unique taste. Inspired by South East Asian Cuisine, the founder, embarked on a journey to create a noodle shop like no other. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a manifestation of their passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
